"Discovered this place after seeing ‘Only Scrans’ visit and review it. Got in touch on Instagram to see if they could accomodate a gluten free diet and to my delight they could, all the meat is gluten free as are some of the sides. Had the ribs and the only adaptation was not adding the crispy onions, the FOH initially brought the ribs out with them on but took them back and changed them so no big deal mistakes happen. The meat just fell off the bones, never had ribs that good, wish I’d just had the 1kg option in the end. The owner even followed up on Instagram the next day to see what I thought so great service. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in Ibiza."

"Have visited them 3 times now. My last visit did not impress. Pork ribs were very dry and barely chewable, the beef rib was wonderful, juicy, fall off the bone, but lacked flavour. This pic is 53 euros worth. Not sure if i would do that again. For sure i would skip the pork ribs and stick with the beef. Despite the road close by, i find it a pleasant place to sit and the service is excellent. P.s. the desserts are homemade and delicious."

"We had a wonderful meal at Can Garage. We have visited Texas and have tried lots of BBQ food and I have to say this is up there with the best for sure. We had pork ribs to start then 500g smoked beef rib with Mac n cheese and fries .. then banoffee pie for dessert. Everything was amazing and the meat perfectly smoked and super tasty. Next time we will ask for extra BBQ sauce The staff were all really friendly and next time we are in Ibiza we will definitely be back."

"Stumbled upon Can Garage and what a find! Fun, relaxed American BBQ vibe and the food is out of this world. Tried the nachos, ribs, and a burger with pulled pork—slow-cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. Pictures don’t do it justice. Can’t wait to go back!"

"The food. The service. The atmosphere. All five stars. Hands down the best ribs and mac’n’cheese I’ve ever eaten. The service was incredible too, from explaining every dish, to recommending some based on personal preference, to making sure our kids were entertained with a special box brought out especially for them full of toys to play with. The sunset skies whilst sipping on the delicious passionfruit mezcal cocktail, and being able to wash hands in the antique sink right behind me. "Nestled on the road between Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia, Can Garage is a unique and inviting restaurant located within the grounds of an actual garage. As you pull up, you'll notice limited parking within the garage perimeter, but don't fret - there's typically plenty of free parking on the roadside edge. Just be cautious of traffic speed and mopeds whizzing by if you need to park and walk, particularly at night when the road isn't well-lit. Upon entering, you'll find that the restaurant isn't particularly spacious, but they utilize the space well. During the winter months, you'll be cozy in the enclosed area, but in the summer, the restaurant opens up to a lovely wooden platformed terrace. Regardless of the season, the atmosphere is always relaxed and inviting. The menu at Can Garage isn't expansive, but it certainly makes up for it in quality. Their focus is on excellent smoked meats, such as beef brisket and pulled pork, with a range of simple yet delicious sides to complement them. You'll find classic favorites like nachos, tacos, burgers, and spare ribs on the menu, along with sides like chips (which are excellent!), coleslaw (a bit too heavy on the dill for my taste, but still good), and mac & cheese. In terms of drinks, Can Garage has an impressive range of options that cater to their smokehouse theme, including excellent beers, tequila, and good wines. I particularly enjoyed their Michelada, and I highly recommend ordering one and having your camera at the ready to capture the moment. The staff at Can Garage are warm, friendly, and always willing to help, even when the restaurant is full and they have multiple duties to attend to. During my visit in March 2023, there were only two staff members working front of house, but they managed to maintain high levels of service despite the challenge. As for the clientele, it's a mixed bunch of Spanish locals, large Dutch groups, families, couples, and friends. It's clear that the restaurant appeals to a broad range of people, and it's not hard to see why. Finally, I must mention that while Can Garage isn't inexpensive, it's certainly worth the price for the quality of food, drinks, and service that you'll receive. Overall, I highly recommend Can Garage for anyone looking for a unique dining experience with excellent smoked meats and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere"
